Shipping Policy
Porcelain dishware are heavy in weight and require extreme caution during transportation. We do not recommend to ship dishware via USPS/FEDEX/UPS or any other courier. The safest way to ship porcelain dishware is on PALLETS and via trucking in order to avoid breakage.
In order to ensure "safe arrival" to its destination, we recommend buyers to pick up the goods from our warehouse directly or arrange LTL pallet shipment especially that our lots consist of multiple packages. However, we can still arrange pallet shipments to our buyers within the 48 US contiguous states at a very competitive price. Price will depend on the total weight of the Lot and will differ from one destination to another. After booking such shipment, buyer will have to make direct payment to the shipping company and obtain a receipt. We will proceed and schedule the pickup with the shipping company afterwards.
In most cases we will ship the goods in 2 business days after ebay & shipping (If applies) payments are cleared.
Payment
Payments must be made via Paypal and must be received prior to any shipping or handling arrangements.
Return Policy
If Items are to be shipped, then items are eligible for return within 14 days. They MUST be in the same packaging and condition as they were shipped. Buyer pays return fees.
If items are to be picked up, buyer will have the chance to inspect goods
before loading and sale will be considered FINAL.
