This alternator will drop right in place of your existing 90-amp unit and operates with the existing ecm voltage regulator.Please follow installation instructions.

Jeep Cherokee 91-98 2.5L and 4.0L,5.2L.
Dodge Dakota 97-88 2.5L.
Jeep Comanche 91-92 2.5L and 4.0L.
Jeep Grand Cherokee 92-98 4.0L,5.2L.
Jeep Wrangler 91-98 2.5L and 4.0L
65-70 amps capability at 800 engine rpm
165 amps at 1600 engine rpm.
THIS UNIT IS SUPPLIED WITH A 6 GROOVE PULLEY.
THE 5.2L USES A 7 GROOVE PULLEY.
YOU WILL HAVE TO SWAP THE PULLEY IF YOU HAVE A 5.2L ENGINE.
