This was in a sporting goods lot box I purchased for other items.
I did not own or use it myself.
Velcro is good.  It is dirty, and needs a good clean.
But the item is very good shape.
Come with 6 total tubes.

However, we sell a wide variety of items and getting the shipping right is not always easy. We mail most of our packages at the post office. And sometimes even though we figure up the postage when listing an item, it’s not always the same. So some items have the highest possible shipping cost based on long distant mailings . If your actual shipping paid is more than 2 dollars over the actual cost on small items(flat mailers, bubble envelopes, etc.), or 5 dollars or more on larger packages, we will refund any overage paid back to you. Our goal is to NOT make money on shipping.
Sometimes we cannot combine shipping ahead of time when orders are placed. But we WILL refund back excess shipping on multiple purchases. This is completed after the items are shipped.

Our refund policy is simply. If an item is delivered damaged, we will pay for return shipping plus the cost of the original order. We DO NOT normally send out a replacement order. Our only bad review thus far was from someone that said the item was damaged but refused to mail it back.
He just wanted another second order mailed for free. We don’t play that game.
