Unit has digital menu controls that were programmed by a national chain restaurant. Unit is in good used condition. Comes with a rolling cart stand as pictured. The model is Mark V-KFC. I do have access to online manual. Unit is 3 phase electric. I could not find a serial number plate on this unit so I cannot date it.
