Condition is "Used".  Excellent Condition.  Used only to bake bread.  Handles 4 half size sheet pans not included.  Also handles steam pans.  Four shelves ARE included,  Cooking chamber is 13" H x 19 1/2" W x 15 1/" D 92.27 cubic feet].  10 Hr. timer or continuous on.  Heat settings 175-500F.  Interior Halogen Light.  One fan.  This model must ship by truck, not UPS, so it would be better to sell this locally and someone comes to pick it up.  This model has a humidity feature and can run Cadco proofer model XALT135 which is not included.  Color Blac/Brushed Stainless.
