With a slew of handy features packed into its durable, compact frame, the Galaxy COE3H will fit right into your establishment. This half size countertop convection oven requires a 120V electrical connection.
    This oven can operate at temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating element delivers 1600W of power, while a forced-air heat circulation system ensures even cooking.
    A stainless steel interior and exterior give this convection oven excellent durability, which makes it ideal for commercial kitchen environments. Its construction also makes it easy to clean and maintain.
    Despite its small stature, this oven boasts 1.5 cu. ft. of interior space, perfectly sized to cook pizzas and a variety of other foods! Four chrome wire shelves are included so you can get cooking right out of the box, as they can fit up to 4 half size sheet pans.
