    Description

    8 inch decorative porcelain china plate with a rose and one other flower, with a pierced edge and gold trim. It just has Japan stamped on the bottom, and the previous owner said her father-in-law brought this plate back from Japan in the 1940s, so perhaps falls into the "occupied Japan" category. It is in excellent condition, no chips, no cracks, no crazing. The gold is not worn at all - a beautiful plate! On the back are two little porcelain tubes attached for hanging. May need normal cleaning.
