. The company was incorporated in Arizona but the corporate seal refers to Minneapolis Minnesota.
I have not been able to locate any information about the company but there was a Hercules Products company that made rim splitters for 1920's vehicles.
Nice low numbered certificate, #16.
The certificate was issued to LD Nilson who was also President of the company. Nilson had a couple of patents relating to  automobiles including a towing dolly.
