Condition: Preowned. Framed and matted with Hologram Certificate of Authenticity on back for the Dayton International Speedway racing surface piece. Engraved description box near Dale Earnhardt's name has a few surface abrasions to the metal surface. There are two hairline surface abrasions on the outer glass and in all four corners of the frame, the black matting or it is on the inside of the glass is what looks like glue residue or chalk. I'm not sure what it is and I cannot take it apart because it is sealed with matting tape to secure all the collectibles as is. The black frame measures approximately 26x22x1 inches. The back of the frame has a wire hanger installed for applying to home or office walls. Black and red matting. Limited Edition, 408 of 3003. Thread from the engraving box is hanging off the side in the mounted description box.
