Pan Motor Company 1918 Car/Automobile Stock Certificate - St. Cloud, MN Minn

This is an early stock certificate from the 'Pan Motor Company, St. Cloud, Minnesota.' It was issued in 1918 and has a great vignette of an automobile flanked with smaller vignettes of a hood ornament and logo. It does not appear to be cancelled. Has the original, even folds and very light wear including a small bit of fold split.
The car is signed by the president, Samuel Conner Pandolfo. Pandolfo was arrested about a year after this certificate was issued and convicted of mail fraud from misleading investors.
