    Description

This plastic functional skeleton stands approx. 18" high, plus another 3" when it's on the display stand.  According to the base, it is from 1960 and looks to be a teaching model.  I'm not sure what the blue colored parts are, but it may be that they are not bone.   Diagram on base is from John Hopkins Press, I believe.  Base comes apart, skeleton does not.  Some parts do move, jaw, elbows, knees, etc.  This item is in great shape for it's age.  I believe it is complete, I see no parts missing.  Base is in great shape too, some minor staining due to age.  Post has some staining, see photo 4, where it was glued.  I think that is the way the post came because it doesn't look like it broke.   All the print is readable and complete.  Model was made by Leon Schlossberg,1960, Baltimore 18, MD.  A great piece for learning human anatomy.  Please check photos to verify condition.  Sorry, I do not ship outside U.S.A. at this time.
