    The certificate was issued on April 6, 1907. The company was incorporated in Maine possibly in 1901.
    The company listed its place of business as 42 counties in Texas. The book Texas Oil & Gas Since 1543 by CA Warner in 1939 indicates that the State of Texas had the company's charter forfeited in 1903 but this certificate was not issued until 1907 so the book may not be factually correct.
