    Description

Toyota Prius Camry Rav 4 Avalon Ct200h Hybrid Battery Cell Module 2004-2015 7v +
All of these modules were removed from working vehicles but they don’t have enough capacity for me to be able to use them to rebuild hybrid batteries.
One of my testing procedures is I put each module like this under a load of roughly 1 amp and I see how long the voltage remains above 7 V. All of these modules for sale remained above 7 V for more than two hours but they did not make it to three hours.
For the battery you see in the example that’s under voltage test that module lasted more than two hours but less than three so I wrote number two on it and then a dash and then I followed it with the capacity that the module was able to put out before it reached 6 V. In this case the battery reached 4630 mA hours or 4.6 amp hours when it reached 6 V.
If you took all of these modules and put them together In a pack where all of them measured similarly to others and a roughly equivalent number of amp hours you could actually put that vehicle on the road and drive it until one of the modules failed which may be days or weeks or months later.
So these aren’t really bad modules per se, however they are simply below the capacity that I am willing to use to rebuild a battery.
However, all that being said, I am selling these as is because I would not recommend using them in a vehicle. These could be used for many other purposes and they can supply a huge amount of current if a large load is applied, something on the order of 400 A or more. Of course that would be for a very short time., But they do have the internal structure to support that kind of current for short periods of time. In the vehicles these would be subjected to a load of 100 A under normal usage.
Anyhow I can ship up to nine of these in a single flat rate shipping box.
Local pick up is an option.
Oh, most of these were not recharged after the discharge test so the measured voltage when they arrive may not be quite so high as you see in the photo. That may vary. Once you charge them up they should perform as described above.
I have at least 100 of these presently that are ready to go but as I’m testing additional stacks of modules I will probably come up with at least another hundred of these over the next couple of weeks.
Again, to reiterate, these have been tested and still have capacity but they are most certainly being sold as dash is. I do not recommend using them in a vehicle that you wish to keep on the road for a long time. There is no Way to know for sure how long these modules may last.
These absolutely will need to be charged prior to use. I did not recharge them after the capacity test.
