  • Condition: PRE-OWNED. Overall, the stock certificate is in very good condition. The certificate has been folded in quarters and stored in an envelope for the past several decades and the three folds are evident. There are a couple of small brown spots on the bottom half of the front side. The reverse side is clean and has no handwriting. Although there are some light brown circular shaped marks on both outer edges of the backside paper of unknown origin/purpose. This stock certificate would make a fine addition to a collection.

    Vintage 1977 WITS, INC. An Airfreight Stock Certificate for 10 Shares *VG*
    This offering is for an authentic and original 10 shares stock certificate for Wits, Inc. Airfreight. The company was incorporated under the laws of the State of
    Washington
    in 1961. The stock certificate was issued to the seller on March 21, 1977.
    The airfreight company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on September 20, 1983. A photocopy of the bankruptcy court document is attached but is not part of this listing. It is included for reference purposes only.
    Overall, the stock certificate is in very good condition. The certificate has been folded in quarters and stored in an envelope for the past several decades and the three folds are evident.
