Great vintage concert shirt from Jethro Tull's "Rock Island" world tour 1989.
Tull kicked off the US leg of the their "Rock Island" tour a couple of days before the end of October 1989; a week-and-a-half later they performed at the Cleveland Public Auditorium on 11/7/1989.  If you were there you'd remember they played songs such as:

What a concert!  Now you can have a shirt from that show.  The shirt is in good condition for something over 30 years old.  The graphics, collar and seams all look great, and there are no visible holes.  On the front is the Rock Island album cover with the arm and hand rising from the rocks in the sea holding a flute as seen through a porthole.  On the back is a list of all of the cities visited on the tour, circling the Rock Island graphic inside of a nautical motif.
