Vintage MARUTA Occupied Japan BLUE PHOENIX Demi Tasse Cup & Saucer

Description

This sale is for a vintage demi tasse cup and saucer made in occupied Japan by Maruta. Made from fine white bone china the set has a pattern of blue phoenix birds........................please click on photos for enlarged detail. The cup stands 2 and 1/8'' high and measures 3 and 1/8'' including the handle by 2 and 1/2'' while the saucer measures 4 and 3/8'' across. The set is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or flakes. The base is stamped as shown.
