Vintage Never Used Cascades Industries Center Pull Towel Dispenser. The hardware is included and is an unopened sealed bag, as pictured. The dispenser is a translucent smoky plastic. It measures 11” high x 9 1/2” diameter. The wall attachment extends out another 1 1/2”. It is not in the original box. The center pull dispenser reduces paper consumption and costs in high traffic facilities. It must be used with a center pull roll towel. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
