    Description

    Extremely UNIQUE ARDALT Hand Painted Lenwile China 7 pc. Dollhouse Miniature Floral Motif Cups and Saucer Set with a Display Shelf, made in Occupied Japan. Approximate measurements: Cups ~ .5"H x 1" diameter including handles, Saucers  ~ 1.5" diameter and Display Shelf ~ 7"H x 1 5/8"L x 2"W. Each piece is beautifully hand painted with different Floral Motifs and accented with Gold Gilt. The shelf hangs on a wall and has slits to hold the saucers and depressed areas to hold the cups (pic.#5). Japan is stamped on the bottoms and Maker's Mark with 6197 is stamped on the back of the shelf. Free of chips or cracks ~ wear includes minimal residue and light fading on gilt. Manufacturing imperfections include spots with rough areas, a few flea bites, inclusions and small random spots of paint.
